# Assets

**Assets** is the organisation media library — logos, images, and other files associated with zero or one brand.

## List

Shared header: brand filter, search, paging, list/grid, **+ Add Asset**.

Columns / cards typically show name, brand, type, and whether the item is in **Guidelines**.

## Add Asset

Shared modal with:

| Source | Behaviour |
| - | - |
| External URL | Store a remote URL reference |
| Upload | File upload into the library |
| Generate | Enabled only when an [AI integration](/integrations) is on (BYOK). POC — treat as experimental |

## Guidelines flag

When **In brand guidelines** is on and a brand is set, the asset also appears on that brand’s [Assets tab](/brands/assets).

## Edit / delete

Use **⋯** on each item. Deletes are org-scoped — other tenants cannot see or remove your assets.
