# Adding Brands

> Create a brand kit from a URL or enter details manually

# Adding Brands

When you need a new brand kit in the active organisation, open **Brands** and click **Add Brand**. The dialog offers two paths — draft from a public website, or enter the basics yourself — then opens the brand editor so you can finish Colours, Fonts, Voice, and the rest.

Brand creation is gated by [brand seats](/billing). Hitting the seat limit shows a subscription paywall.

## Choose a path

| Path | Best when | Docs |
| - | - | - |
| **From URL** | You have a public homepage to draft from | [Add from URL](/brands/add-from-url) |
| **Manual** | You want to name colours, font, and button shape yourself | [Add Manually](/brands/add-manually) |

Both paths create a brand in the active organisation and take you into the editor for review.
