# Brand assets (guidelines)

# Brand assets (guidelines)

The brand **Assets** tab is a gallery of org assets flagged **In brand guidelines** for this brand (logos, approved photography, icons, etc.).

## How assets get here

1. Add or edit an asset from the main [Assets](/assets) library (or from this tab’s add flow when available).
2. Associate a **brand** and enable the **guidelines** flag.
3. The asset appears here and remains in the org Assets list.

## Notes

* Assets without the guidelines flag stay on the org library only.
* Edit / delete from the asset menus; changes apply everywhere that asset is linked.
* Upload / external URL / Generate options match the shared Add Asset modal — Generate needs an enabled [AI integration](/integrations).
