Getting started

Brandblox is multi-tenant: everything you create belongs to an organisation. Switch orgs from the account menu when you belong to more than one.

Sign up / sign in

  1. Open dev.brandblox.app (or your workspace URL).
  2. Sign up with email + password, or sign in if you already have an account.
  3. After auth, create an organisation (name + slug) or accept an invitation.
  4. The app keeps an active organisation on your session — Brands, Content, Assets, Emails, Team, and Integrations are scoped to that org.
Email verification for customer accounts may be required as Brandblox hardens auth. Until then, use a real mailbox you control.

Organisations

  • Account menu → Organisations — create, switch, or manage orgs you belong to.
  • Invites and member roles live under Team for the active org.
  • Leaving or deleting an org is permanent for that tenant’s data access — prefer switching active org when collaborating across clients.

First brand

From Brands:
  • From URL — paste a homepage URL; Brandblox fetches public HTML and drafts name, favicon, colours, and fonts, then opens the brand editor for review. See Create brand from URL.
  • Manual — enter name, colours, font, and button shape, then polish in the editor tabs.
Your first brand seat is free on the default plan. Additional brands may require a brand seat — see Billing. The left rail covers: Account menu (avatar): Organisations, Dashboard, Help & docs (opens docs.brandblox.app), Sign out. In the authenticated app you may also see the Mintlify assistant bubble (when enabled) for in-product Q&A grounded in these docs.
